# Configurare App IO

Dopo aver attivato appIO [tra le configurazioni generali](/stanza-del-cittadino/guida-alla-creazione-dei-servizi-digitali/le-funzioni-generali-delladmin/abilitare-lappio.md), nella scheda "AppIO" inserisci:

* l'identificativo del servizio;
* la chiave primaria;
* la chiave secondaria.

Una volta inserite queste informazioni, puoi testare il funzionamento di appIO inserendo un codice fiscale a cui inviare una notifica di prova.

Se il test restituisce l'errore "You do not have enough permission", controlla questi tre punti:

1. **Stato del servizio su selfcare PagoPA** — accedi a [selfcare.io.italia.it](https://selfcare.io.italia.it), apri il servizio e verifica che lo stato sia **Pubblicato**. Se è in stato "Bozza" o "In revisione", App IO blocca l'invio anche con chiave valida e IP abilitati.
2. **Identificativo del servizio** — controlla che l'identificativo inserito nella configurazione di Opencity corrisponda esattamente a quello del servizio attivo su selfcare PagoPA.
3. **Preferenze del destinatario su App IO** — se il codice fiscale usato per il test appartiene a un utente che ha disabilitato (o non ancora attivato) quel servizio nelle proprie impostazioni App IO, l'invio viene bloccato con lo stesso errore, indipendentemente da chiave e identificativo.

Se tutti e tre i punti risultano corretti e l'errore persiste, il problema è lato PagoPA: apri un ticket su [selfcare.io.italia.it](https://selfcare.io.italia.it) indicando l'identificativo del servizio e il messaggio di errore ricevuto.
