# Accedere ad un servizio digitale

All'interno della sezione "Servizi" del sito web, il cittadino cerca e accede alla scheda informativa del servizio che vuole attivare.

<div data-full-width="true"><figure><img src="https://1493420045-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbuF4yaTdhboReojXsnKw%2Fuploads%2FfEEJ2mKxy3TxijaUpiA9%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=33fa8204-acfa-4d45-ab62-ba44b47929d5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="https://1493420045-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbuF4yaTdhboReojXsnKw%2Fuploads%2F8AoiUwd4hzUFoMCVpt7d%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=bad3d9d4-90f1-41e6-8f77-0997d198237c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="info" %}
La scheda informativa fornisce una serie di informazioni riguardanti il servizio:

* **A chi si rivolge**: gli utenti che possono attivare il servizio;
* **Come fare**: l'iter che il cittadino deve seguire per attivare il servizio;
* **Cosa serve**: cosa è necessario per attivare il servizio (modulistica da allegare, autenticazione con SPID o CIE...);
* **Cosa si ottiene**: l'output del servizio, cosa il cittadino ottiene nel caso in cui la sua richiesta venga accettata (es. permesso di accesso alla ZTL);
* **Tempi e scadenze**: tempi di attesa prima di ricevere risposta da parte dell'Ente;
* **Costi**: quantitativo e tipologia dell'importo che il cittadino deve pagare;
* **Condizioni di servizio**: un file alle condizioni del servizio allegato alla scheda e scaricabile dal cittadino;
* **Contatti**: i punti di contatto dell'ufficio che gestisce il servizio.
  {% endhint %}

Il cittadino clicca sul link di attivazione e procede alla compilazione della pratica online.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.opencityitalia.it/stanza-del-cittadino/che-cose-e-come-attivare-un-servizio-pubblico-digitale/accedere-ad-un-servizio-digitale.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
