# Gestire le funzioni di contatto con il Comune

Una peculiarità dei tre servizi di contatto è il fatto che il cittadino **non è obbligato** ad autenticarsi con SPID o CIE, ma può indicare manualmente i propri dati personali (nome, cognome, codice fiscale e indirizzo mail).

I tre servizi di contatto messi a disposizione dei cittadini sono:

* la [prenotazione di un appuntamento](/sito-web/modello-comuni/gestire-le-funzioni-di-contatto-con-il-comune/prenotare-un-appuntamento-in-comune.md) in Comune;
* la [richiesta di assistenza](/sito-web/modello-comuni/gestire-le-funzioni-di-contatto-con-il-comune/richiedere-assistenza-al-comune.md);
* la [segnalazione di un problema](/sito-web/modello-comuni/gestire-le-funzioni-di-contatto-con-il-comune/segnalare-un-problema-o-un-disservizio-al-comune.md) al Comune.

## Attivare i servizi di contatto

I tre servizi di contatto sono disponibili tramite:

* una box collocata in tutte le pagine ad accesso libero;
