# Attivare il canale di prenotazione appuntamento
Il redattore può configurare un canale di prenotazione appuntamento presso l'ufficio responsabile del servizio

Il passaggio è obbligatorio per far sì che il cittadino venga rimandato, in fase di prenotazione, direttamente al calendario associato all'ufficio che gestisce il servizio.
Ai fini dell’asseverazione, non è obbligatorio prevedere il link alla prenotazione appuntamento nella scheda servizio, ma nel momento in cui lo si fa, **l'ufficio e il servizio devono essere precompilati**.

Per creare un canale di prenotazione appuntamento, utilizza devi [creare un nuovo canale di erogazione](/sito-web/modello-comuni/configurare-le-schede-informative-dei-servizi-forniti-dal-comune.md#creare-un-canale-di-attivazione). È necessario che il servizio sia presente all'interno della Stanza del cittadino e [associato ad un ufficio](#indicare-lufficio-responsabile-del-servizio).
## Recuperare il link alla prenotazione appuntamento
Un amministratore di Area personale accede alla sezione "Scheda" presente nel servizio e recuperare l'url nel campo "Link per la prenotazione appuntamento".
## Indicare l'ufficio responsabile del servizio
Nella sezione "Dati generali del servizio", l'amministratore di Stanza del cittadino deve verificare che alla voce "Uffici" sia stato indicato almeno un ufficio.
L'amministratore fornisce il link al redattore che lo incolla nel campo "Valore del canale" nel canale di erogazione del servizio.
