# Operatore "Standard"

L'operatore è il funzionario comunale che utilizza il backoffice per [gestire le pratiche](/manuale-opencity-italia-stanza-del-cittadino-v.3/gestione-delle-pratiche/gestire-le-pratiche-online.md) inviate dai cittadini e può lavorare esclusivamente le pratiche relative [ai servizi per cui è stato abilitato](/manuale-opencity-italia-stanza-del-cittadino-v.3/la-piattaforma/attribuzione-dei-permessi.md).

Un operatore viene creato da un [Manager](/manuale-opencity-italia-stanza-del-cittadino-v.3/ruoli-e-profili/operatore-manager.md) o da un [Amministratore](/guida-alla-creazione-dei-servizi-digitali/le-funzioni-generali-delladmin/abilitare-gli-operatori.md), che assegna i permessi relativi ai servizi digitali e ai calendari. I permessi possono essere aggiornati in qualsiasi momento.
