# Creare un operatore

Per creare un operatore, il Manager accede alla sezione "Operatori" (1), clicca sul pulsante "Aggiungi" in fondo a sinistra (2) e sceglie l'opzione "Crea nuovo operatore" (3).

In caso di operatore API, la creazione è riservata esclusivamente all'[amministratore](https://docs.opencityitalia.it/guida-alla-creazione-dei-servizi-digitali/le-funzioni-generali-delladmin/abilitare-gli-operatori): il Manager non può creare questo tipo di utenza.

Lo **username** non è modificabile dopo la creazione dell'account.

In caso di errore, hai due alternative:

* elimina l'account e ricrealo con lo username corretto;
* lascia lo username così com'è — al primo accesso, l'operatore inserisce la propria email, clicca su "Ho dimenticato la password" e accede normalmente.
