La soluzione utilizza tecnologie open source ed è stata realizzata con uno stack tecnologico diverso rispetto a quello usato finora. Per questo motivo è al di fuori del perimetro della soluzione SaaS OpenCity - Stanza del Cittadino e della fornitura IaaS attualmente in uso.
