# Pratiche — Integrazione e interoperabilità

## Integrazione con sistemi esterni

L'Area personale centralizza le pratiche provenienti da qualsiasi sistema dell'ente, non solo quelle native OpenCity. La piattaforma espone API dedicate che permettono ai software di terze parti di importare le proprie istanze e renderle visibili al cittadino in un'unica vista coerente.

Grazie all'integrazione SSO (*Single Sign-On*), il cittadino può consultare i dettagli e lo stato di avanzamento di una pratica anche su applicativi esterni, senza dover effettuare un nuovo accesso con SPID.

## Visibilità per i beneficiari

L'Area personale rende le pratiche visibili anche ai soggetti beneficiari del servizio, non solo al richiedente. Quando viene inviata un'istanza, il beneficiario riceve una notifica automatica e può seguire l'intero iter procedurale fino all'esito finale.

Questa funzionalità è disponibile sia per le pratiche native OpenCity sia per quelle importate da software esterni integrati. La responsabilità operativa rimane in capo al richiedente.
