# Registro e relata di pubblicazione

Per ogni atto pubblicato, il sistema genera automaticamente un **numero di registro progressivo annuale**, nella forma `numero/anno` (ad esempio: `345/2025`). La numerazione riparte automaticamente a ogni nuovo anno solare, **senza necessità di alcuna configurazione manuale**.

La relata può essere scaricata in qualsiasi momento e costituisce la prova formale dell'avvenuta pubblicazione legale dell'atto.

È sempre possibile generare **on demand la relata di pubblicazione** in formato PDF. Nel [menù del redattore](/manuale-opencity-italia-sito-web-istituzionale-v3/la-piattaforma/il-menu-redattore.md), clicca su "Altro" (1) e poi su "Relata di pubblicazione" (2).

Il documento è prodotto automaticamente dal sistema e include:

* la data di inizio pubblicazione;
* la data di fine pubblicazione;
* il numero di registro assegnato.
