Il cittadino ha a disposizione due modalità principali per consultare le domande frequenti.

La prima è una pagina dedicata esclusivamente alle [FAQ di navigazione del sito](#configurare-le-faq-di-navigazione-del-sito) e accessibile da un box presente in tutte le pagine ad accesso libero.
